Terms of Service

1. Grant of License and Use Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Quiz.Global hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Platform and the Licensed Materials solely for your internal, non-commercial educational purposes. You shall not: (a) attempt to copy, modify, duplicate, or create derivative works from any portion of the Software; (b) rent, lease, sublicense, or sell access to the Platform; or (c) access the Platform in order to build a product or service which competes with Quiz.Global. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Quiz.Global.

2. Subscription Fees and Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to a Quiz.Global package, you authorize us to bill your provided payment method on the Effective Date for the initial Term. Unless otherwise cancelled via the Parent or Educator Portal, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current Term for successive periods of the same duration at the then-current rate. All Subscription Fees are non-refundable except as expressly required by law or as provided within our 14-day consumer cancellation policy, provided that access to digital Licensed Materials has not yet commenced.

3. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results

The Platform and Licensed Materials are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. While Quiz.Global uses reasonable skill and care in developing its content, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Furthermore, Quiz.Global does not suggest or imply that the use of the Platform will result in a passing grade in any specific examination or acceptance into any educational institution. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quiz.Global’s total aggregate liability shall be limited to the Subscription Fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months prior to the date the liability arose.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and Licensed Materials will immediately cease. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in these Terms.
